The idea combines different functions and requirements in one single building. It creates one continuous space through the linear arrangement of the rooms, which is adapted to the realty with warping. Therefore, it creates two entrances: the main entrance for the company and a side entrance for the other spaces to rent. The main entrance lays at the ground floor and its design underlines the overhanging space that can be reached by a glazed elevator. It brings you also to the rooftop of the building, where a bar and an open terrace is installed.
